Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A deposit may be required for large commercial projects
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Installation and Scheduling

• Installation dates are estimates and subject to weather and other conditions
• Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Rescheduling fees may apply for customer-initiated changes within 24 hours
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties

Window films are covered by manufacturer warranties ranging from 3 years to lifetime, depending on the product. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and film type.

Installation Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on installation workmanship covering defects in application, adhesion, and finish quality.

Warranty Limitations

• Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
• Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery
• Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about vehicles or property
• Ensure vehicles are clean and accessible for installation
• Follow post-installation care instructions
• Report any issues or concerns promptly
• Comply with local laws and regulations regarding window tinting

Legal Compliance

Customer is responsible for ensuring that window tinting complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. We provide information about Louisiana tinting laws but cannot be held responsible for violations or citations.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled installation
• Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute changes
• Refunds are provided only in cases of material defects or installation errors
• Customer satisfaction issues will be addressed through repair or replacement
